After 35 successful years as the founding partner of Team Scarborough, Ann is now starting a new adventure, and has moved over to Village Properties in Montecito. 

Ann began her career in 1989 in Pacific Palisades, California, and in the 36 years that she has been a Top Producing Real Estate Professional, she has seen the market shift and adapt in many ways which has given her a keen perspective on how to handle negotiations and market trends. Her ability to blend honesty,  integrity, market expertise, and proficient negotiating skills has made Ann a standout in the field.
